We aim to deliver within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Delivery charges apply as per policy
• Free delivery on orders above PKR 5000
• Tracking information provided once shipped

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer 7-day return policy for defective products. To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
